BUYING

Let me help you every step of the way

This helps us to move quickly and mitigate wasted time and heartache

Buying a home comes with numerous important decisions, and the first is ensuring you’re truly ready to commit. Once this has been decided, it is time for you to speak with your banker and get pre-approved for your mortgage. With our budget then firmly established, we can go to market with a viable budget. This helps us to move quickly and mitigate wasted time and heartache over properties that were out of reach anyway. I will be your partner as we navigate the market and zero in on the right property for you. We will review contracts, strata documents, inspections, soil testing, etc., and I will be here for you throughout the entire process.

Our Process

Once you have been pre-approved, we will begin drilling into the following as we work from macro to micro. We’ll confirm your desired geographic area, budget, timelines, special requirements, potential liabilities, and potential latent value in the target property. You will be engaged in a collaboration center system and notified as prospective properties that meet our established criteria come to market.

Real Estate With Me

We will work together to arrange inspections, review documents, and close on your desired property. My job is to mitigate spending and eliminate stress on the buy side. You will be an informed buyer working with me.
