Biography

In 2017, Jamie Hannigan completed the Managing Brokers Exam and is now an Associate Broker with RE/MAX Crest Realty. Jamie has been involved in the selling of entire Apartment Buildings, Houses and Condos since transitioning to Residential Real Estate. Jamie's background in Commerical Real Estate started at CBRE Limited in October 2009 as a Research Analyst. In May 2010 Jamie transitioned into brokerage joining firms the senior tenant representation team. Jamieʼs focus was tenant representation, providing his clients with strategic planning for a variety of assignments such as Lease Renewals, Lease Renegotiations, Relocations, Sublease Dispositions, Consolidations, and Sales as part of a team that annually transacted 1M SF of Office Leasing. Jamie gained invaluable insight mentoring under some of the firmʼs top brokers. At CBRE Limited Jamie specialised in the Downtown Vancouver Office Leasing Market. Prior to joining CBRE Limited, Jamie's background was in Construction Management. At the age of 23, Jamie completed his Red Seal, Journeyman's Ticket as a Plumber and Gasfitter (B) from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
